Arugula Caprese on a Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Delicious, homemade pizza using fresh ingredients and melty mozzarella.
1 Green Giant™ Cauliflower Pizza Crust - Original 1/4 cup Mama Mary’s ™ Pizza Sauce 4 ounces sliced fresh mozzarella 2 cups arugula 1/3 cup chopped tomato 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons shaved Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place Green Giant™ Cauliflower Pizza Crust on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over crust then arrange cheese over sauce.
Bake 6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Toss arugula and tomato with balsamic vinegar. Remove pizza from oven and top with arugula mixture and shaved Parmesan.
