Beet Noodle and Hummus Flatbread

Fun, easy way to use your Veggie Spirals. Perfect for a healthier meal on-the-go!

Ingredients

1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoons maple syrup
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup prepared hummus
2 (8.8 oz.) packages naan, warmed (4 naan)
1 (12 oz.) package Green Giant Veggie Spirals™ Beets, cooked according to package directions and drained
2 cups arugula
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds

  • 1 Mix tahini, lemon juice, water, maple syrup and garlic in medium bowl until thoroughly combined; set aside.
  • 2 Spread 1/4 cup hummus over each naan. Evenly top with Green Giant Veggie Spirals™ Beets and arugula.
  • 3 Sprinkle with almonds and drizzle with tahini dressing.
