Beet Noodle and Hummus Flatbread

Fun, easy way to use your Veggie Spirals. Perfect for a healthier meal on-the-go!
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup prepared hummus
- 2 (8.8 oz.) packages naan, warmed (4 naan)
- 1 (12 oz.) package Green Giant Veggie Spirals™ Beets, cooked according to package directions and drained
- 2 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 1 Mix tahini, lemon juice, water, maple syrup and garlic in medium bowl until thoroughly combined; set aside.
- 2 Spread 1/4 cup hummus over each naan. Evenly top with Green Giant Veggie Spirals™ Beets and arugula.
- 3 Sprinkle with almonds and drizzle with tahini dressing.
