No need to coat or fry the cauliflower, simply simmer it in the Buffalo sauce until it soaks up all of the bold flavor. This fun and easy side dish is on the table in less than 15 minutes.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (10-ounce) package Green Giant® Roasted Cauliflower
- 1/3 cup cayenne pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in cayenne pepper sauce, then Green Giant® Roasted Cauliflower. Cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until sauce has thickened slightly. Sprinkle with blue cheese and green onion.
