  1. Cook Green Giant® Riced Veggies Chickpea Cauliflower Blend according to package directions. Rinse under cool water and drain.
  2. Combine Riced Veggies, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Stir in olive oil and garlic; season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
