Cauliflower Avocado “Toast”

4 different ways to enjoy avocado toast for breakfast or a snack. Customize it to how you like!
- Let crust cool slightly then cut into 4 squares.
- Lightly mash, chop or slice avocado. Arrange avocado on cauliflower crust squares, sprinkle with salt, then top as desired.
- 1 Fried Egg or poached egg with Sriracha sauce.
- 2 Lightly mashed chickpeas, red onion, fresh oregano and a squeeze of lemon.
- 3 Sliced strawberries, orange sections or mandarin orange segments, pepitos (pumpkin seeds) and fresh mint or cilantro.
- 4 Sliced Cucumber, sliced radish and feta cheese or Queso fresco.
