Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet; drain.
  2. Add ketchup, mustard and relish and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese.
  3. Divide ground beef mixture, Green Giant® Cauliflower Cheese & Bacon Veggie Tots, lettuce and tomato among 4 bowls. Top with red onion, crumbled bacon and remaining cheese. Drizzle with ketchup if desired.
