Chicken Mole on a Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Mole is a traditional sauce used in Mexican cuisine. The combination of unique flavors such as chocolate and hot peppers will have you coming back for a second slice.

Ingredients

  • 1 Green Giant Cauliflower Pizza Crust - Original
  • 3/4 cup prepared mole sauce
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco
  • chopped red onion, sliced avocado and cilantro leaves for garnish

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Place Green Giant Cauliflower Pizza Crust on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, heat mole sauce in small saucepan until warm and stir in chicken until evenly coated.

    Remove crust from oven; spread chicken mixture evenly over crust then top with cheese.

    Bake 6 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with queso fresco, red onion and cilantro.
