Corn, Mango and Avocado Salsa

Your friends and family will love this delicious and refreshing salsa that is sure to be a hit at your next summer barbeque! This Corn, Mango & Avocado salsa is the perfect topping for grilled chicken, fish or pork and a delicious changeup to regular salsa.
- 1 can Green Giant® Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
- 1 large avocado, peeled and chopped
- 1 large mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (optional)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Combine Green Giant Corn, avocado, mango, tomato and red onion in a medium bowl.
- 2 Stir in remaining ingredients.
- 3 Serve immediately or chill until ready to use. Serve with chips or over grilled fish, chicken or pork.
