  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place Green Giant Cauliflower Pizza Crust on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook eggplant and garlic 6 minutes or until softened. Season with salt.
  3. Remove crust from oven; spread Pizza Sauce evenly over crust then top with eggplant and cheeses.
  4. Bake 6 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil.
