Garlic Parmesan Broccoli Rice

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 (12-ounce) package Green Giant® Riced Veggies - Broccoli
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- 2 Stir in Green Giant Riced Veggies - Broccoli and cook 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
To make a squash and mushroom risotto, add 2 cups sliced mushrooms with the garlic and cook 4 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
