Garlic Parmesan Broccoli “Rice” Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (12-ounce) package Green Giant® Riced Veggies – Broccoli
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Stir in Green Giant Riced Veggies – Broccoli and cook 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
