Garlic Parmesan Broccoli “Rice”

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 (12-ounce) package Green Giant® Riced Veggies - Broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  • 2 Stir in Green Giant Riced Veggies - Broccoli and cook 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
