Green Garlic Riced Cauliflower

Add some greens to your St. Patrick’s Day celebration with our Green Garlic Riced Veggies. Sauté onion and garlic, add Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower to your sauté, then stir in fresh herbs.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs
Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion 4 minutes or until softened and beginning to brown. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Stir in Green Giant® Riced Veggies and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in herbs.
