Green Giant® Riced Veggies Football Meatloaves Recipe

These football-themed mini meatloaves are sure to score at your next tailgate or Big Game party.

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds ground beef

1 (12 oz.) package Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower & Broccoli, thawed and drained

1 egg

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 cup oats

1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided

1/4 cup Worcestershire, divided

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoon brown sugar

2 slices mozzarella cheese

2 (12 oz.) packages Green Giant® Veggie Spirals® Zucchini, cooked according to package directions, drained and kept warm

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine beef, Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower & Broccoli, egg, onion, garlic, oats, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire and salt. Form into 8 ovals. Arrange on baking sheet

Combine remaining tomato sauce, Worcestershire and brown sugar. Brush loaves with half of sauce mixture. Bake 20 minutes then brush with remaining sauce mixture. Bake 20 minutes or until done.

Cut cheese into 8 thin strips, about 2 inches long and 24 thin strips about 1 inch long. Arrange cheese strips like laces on meatloaves. Arrange Green Giant® Veggie Spirals® Zucchini on serving platter and place mini meatloaves on Zucchini Spirals.
