Directions

  1. Cook Green Giant® Riced Veggies Green Pea, Chickpea and Cauliflower Blend according to package directions. Rinse with cool water and drain.
  2. Combine Riced Veggies, spinach, red pepper, and olives.

  3. Combine tahini, water, maple syrup and lemon juice and stir until smooth. Drizzle dressing over salad.
