Mexican Pizza on a Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Colorful Green Giant corn adds crunch and a sweet flavor to this easy Mexican-style pizza.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place Green Giant Cauliflower Pizza Crust on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and spread Ortega Salsa evenly over crust then top with Mexicorn, black beans and cheese.
  3. Bake 6 minutes or until cheese is melted, sprinkle with green onions.
