One Skillet “Egg Roll” in a Bowl Recipe

Customizable DIY take on the flavors of an egg roll boosted with salt-free Mrs. Dash.

INGREDIENTS

1 pound ground chicken or turkey

1 (10-ounce) package Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower, thawed and drained

2 cups coleslaw

1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash® Original Blend

2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger

3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

1-2 tablespoons honey

Boston lettuce

Optional Toppings: shredded cabbage or carrots, green onions, peanuts and/or Sriracha

DIRECTIONS

Cook chicken, Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower, coleslaw, Mrs. Dash® Original Blend and ginger in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and 8 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Stir in soy sauce, vinegar and honey and cook 3 minutes or until heated through. Arrange lettuce leaves in bowls, add chicken mixture and toppings.

Sprinkle with additional Mrs. Dash, if desired.
