Shrimp Taco Bowls Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 large pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup Ortega® Flavor Craver Chipotle Taco Sauce, divided

1 package of Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower, cooked according to package directions

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1 large avocado, diced (about 2 cups)

2 cups diced mango

1 Ortega® Bakeable Tortilla Bowl Kit, prepared according to package directions

DIRECTIONS

Cook shrimp in nonstick skillet until shrimp turn pink. Stir in ¼ cup Ortega Flavor Craver Taco Sauce and cook 2 minutes.
Combine Riced Veggies, lime juice and cilantro.

Evenly divided shrimp, riced cauliflower, mango, avocado among tortilla bowls. Drizzle with remaining Ortega Flavor Craver Taco Sauce.
