Directions

  1. Bring 2 ½ cups water, cumin, oregano and garlic powder to a boil in medium saucepot.
  2. Stir in Green Giant® Riced Veggies Red Lentil, Green Pea & Chickpea Trio. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes.
  3. Stir in salsa and Mexicorn and simmer 2 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and Riced Veggies are tender. Sprinkle with cilantro or green onion.
