Spinach and Artichoke on a Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients

1 Green Giant™ Cauliflower Pizza Crust - Tuscan
- 1 (12 oz.) package Green Giant® Creamed Spinach, cooked according to package directions

1 cup coarsely chopped artichokes

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded Italian blend cheese

Preheat oven to 425. Place Green Giant™ Cauliflower Pizza Crust on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes. -

Meanwhile, combine Creamed Spinach, artichokes and Parmesan. -

Remove baking sheet from oven and spread spinach mixture over crust then top with cheese. -

Bake 6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
