Stuffed Plum Tomato with Lemon and Garlic

A nice and easy side dish for your dinner party.
- 3 ea. Plum tomatoes
- 12 oz. bag of cooked Green Giant® Riced Veggies with Lemon & Garlic. 6 TBS. of shredded Parmesan cheese.
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F.
- 2 Cook a bag of Green Giant® Riced Veggies with Lemon & Garlic, according to directions.
- 3 Cut plum tomatoes and in half lengthwise. Trim bottom of halved tomatoes so they do not roll. Spoon out pulp of the tomatoes.
- 4 Fill up tomato halves with Green Giant® Riced Veggies with Lemon & Garlic.
- 5 Top with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 6-8 minutes until the tomato is heated through.
- 6 Serve. (Drizzle with olive oil) Optional
