Stuffed Plum Tomato with Lemon and Garlic

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Cook a bag of Green Giant® Riced Veggies with Lemon & Garlic, according to directions.

  3. Cut plum tomatoes and in half lengthwise. Trim bottom of halved tomatoes so they do not roll. Spoon out pulp of the tomatoes.

  4. Fill up tomato halves with Green Giant® Riced Veggies with Lemon & Garlic.

  5. Top with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 6-8 minutes until the tomato is heated through.

  6. Serve. (Drizzle with olive oil) Optional
